1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, acting on behalf of your organization ("you," "your," or "Partner"), and RVP Consultants LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), regarding your submission of the Partnership Inquiry Form (the "Form") and participation in the Brilliant Global Competitions coalition.
By submitting the Form, you agree to these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your organization to this agreement.
2. PURPOSE OF DATA COLLECTION The Form is intended for organizations (governments, corporations, and foundations) seeking to join our coalition to build the future human capability pipeline. The information provided, including Organization Profile, Strategic Alignment objectives, and Partnership Interest Level, will be used to evaluate your organization's suitability and alignment with our strategic goals.
3. COMMUNICATIONS AND MESSAGING CONSENT (SMS & WHATSAPP) We use various messaging platforms to communicate efficiently with our global partners. We distinguish between mandatory transactional messages and optional marketing messages.
3.1. Transactional Messaging (Mandatory): By checking the transactional consent box and submitting the Form, you expressly consent to receive messages related to your account, partnership inquiry, or services via SMS (Text Message) and/or WhatsApp.
Scope: This includes appointment reminders, order confirmations, application status updates, and account notifications.
Condition: This consent is a mandatory requirement for processing your inquiry.
Terms: Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out: You may reply STOP to any SMS or WhatsApp message to opt-out, though this may limit our ability to communicate essential account information.
3.2. Marketing Messaging (Optional): By checking the optional marketing consent box, you consent to receive promotional content via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Scope: This includes special offers, discounts, new product updates, and general newsletters.
Revocation: You may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to messages or using the "Unsubscribe" link in our emails.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content associated with "Brilliant Global Competitions" and the Company, including the form design, logos, and program concepts, is the exclusive property of RVP Consultants. Submission of this Form does not grant you any license or right to use our intellectual property without a separate written agreement.
5. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about your organization and the designated Point of Contact (Full Name, Position, Department, Email, and Phone) . We reserve the right to reject any inquiry that contains false or misleading information.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, RVP Consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Form or the transmission of data, including but not limited to errors in transmission or unauthorized access to your data.
7. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
